Ilkley Riverside Hotel

Great and lovely location 10 mins walk from the centre. Lots of lovely options for meal.

It was a pleasant experience. Fairly clean, small hotel, I loved updated rooms and attentive staff. The restaurant was good for te price, I tried excellent dishes. Its service was excellent. The location was stunning, about 10-minute walk into town....

We had a lovely time here while indulging in their delicious breakfast and chilling in the cozy garden area by the river. The only hiccup was the limited dinner menu during our stay, which was a bit of a letdown after such a great morning experience. the vibe was just right for a relaxing getaway! 😊

I enjoyed the beautiful riverside location of the Riverside Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful . My room felt comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Breakfast had a variety of options, and I particularly liked the tasty cereals and generous toast servings. The parking situation was easy, stress-free to explore the lovely Ilkley area. The TV reception was a big problem for me. I reported it, but it didn't improve the following day, frustrating. There was also a lingering cooking smell in some areas of the hotel that wasn't very pleasant. Nonetheless, these issues didn't ruin the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The staff were cute, and the breakfast was a good treat with made-to-order options. The riverside location was perfect for scenic walks.

the shower pressure was weak

The riverside has a fantastic location, right by the river with lovely walks and green spaces nearby. It's just a 15-minute stroll to the town center, where you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants. The friendly staff provided excellent service...  

The Riverside offers excellent parking facilities and a friendly welcome. My room was clean, warm, and well-maintained, awesome for a productive stay. The dining experience was really good, with freshly cooked meals like fish and chips...  

A Beautiful Stay with Room for Improvement

The river views from our double room were amazing. The breakfast service was slow, complicating our morning. For a smoother experience, perhaps arrive early for breakfast or explore nearby dining options. A serene location that could benefit from better service.

The staff were accommodating, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast, freshly prepared and delicious. The cleanliness in my room could have been improved, as I noticed some areas were not as tidy as expected.
